Shipping policy

We deliver all over the world. The goods will be delivered directly to the specified address. The delivery time is usually 5 – 15 working days depending on the delivery country, but delivery delays are possible in exceptional cases. Customs maybe applied and delivery may get delayed.

Claims for lost, stolen, damaged, delayed and non-delivered shipments are excluded. Cash on delivery is not offered. All delivery times are estimates and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.

Our shipping fee depends on the delivery country and is minimum CHF 10.00. Any kind of tax (VAT, Custom duties etc.) shall be incurred by customer. There is no minimum order value.
